About

Drawing on decades of leadership experience, bestselling US author Chris Lowney will examine the profound challenges facing the global Catholic Church, share real-life stories of Catholics making a difference, and offer practical suggestions for change.

Chris will not only outline the challenges but also map the path forward. Incorporating two decades of change-management experience to propose an “EASTeR” strategy of five transformational principles: be entrepreneurial, be accountable, serve, transform, and reach out. These five ideas can catalyse profound change in every parish, outlining how these strategies anyone can employ—from the pews to the pulpit—to strengthen the church.

Chris Lowney is a noted author and speaker on leadership and Ignatian spirituality. He is vice-chair of CommonSpirit Health, the largest nonprofit health system in the US. Everyone Leads, his recent book on revitalisation of the Church, builds on the Ignatian principle that everyone exercises a leadership role.
