On 17th October 2008
46,868 students, parents and teachers
from Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne stood up against poverty and in support of the
UN Millennium Development Goals
This formed part of a world record 116.9 million people around the world who
believe it's time to
MAKE POVERTY HISTORY

The Social Justice Committee helps
to address some of the injustices both within Australia and overseas.
It is the Social Justice Committee will have both educative and supportive
roles.
