Priest Retirement Foundation

The Priests Retirement Foundation was established in 1990 by Archbishop Little, to provide support for retired and sick priests of the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

Normally priests retire at 75 years of age without superannuation to fall back on. The Foundation provides accommodation and all other forms of support that a priest would have received in active ministry.
The Foundation also employees two nurses to visit and help retired priests with their health issue, as they age.
